Breaking News: The execution of Hank Skinner postponed to March 24

The execution of Hank Skinner has been moved to March 24th, 2010. The death warrant is void. The judge granted the motion to vacate the February 24th execution date on the ground that the warrent of execution was void. In the same order he re-set Hank’s execution date for March 24.
